11th Annual CMN Radiothon for Kids Soars to New Heights

For the 11th year, and first year in December, Midwest Communications joined Children’s Miracle Network for it’s annual radiothon, this time on December 1-2. Paired with a new presenting sponsor in Hot Stuff Pizza, KTWB 92.5, KELO FM 101.9, and Q 95.7 took center stage at the Castle of Care to share stories of the miracles that take place there each and every day. For the first time ever, KRRO 103.7 took part in the CMN Radiothon for Kids, sharing a few stories every hour on their hard rock station. We went shopping for race car transporters, wigs, and sponsorships to attend summer camps, and had several businesses matching donations throughout the two days to make for a record setting year. Over $216,000 raised for local kids and Sanford Children’s Hospital thanks to donors, volunteers, sponsors, and the wonderful team over at Midwest Communications.
